$30,000 to $500,000 (higher amounts - phone for details), up to 95% of property valuation. Terms up to 30 years, with special redraw facility (minimum $500). We offer competitive variable interest rate loans or interest only loans and due to the many different priorities of our members we can package the features of a loan to suit you. For example, you may want an interest only loan for investment purposes or you may want a Line of Credit so you can afford the extras for your house or you may want a ‘no frills’ basic home loan with a consistently low interest rate.

Our Home Loans offer terms up to 30 years and a flexible repayment scheme with the option of making additional repayments to reduce the interest and term of your loan. We can arrange your Building and Contents and/or Landlords Insurance for you together with Loan Protection Insurance for peace of mind and added security.
